I bought this in an extra small, hoping that these don’t run small, because of other reviews. Well, it turns out that it’s actually a bit big. The sleeves are long, covering my hands. The length is a bit long, going a bit past my hips and covering my behind. I’m a little bummed because it’s great quality and exactly what I wanted as far as being waterproof and warm/lined. I got it for an early spring late fall jacket. I’m still debating on whether I’m going to send it back or not. I might have to look into the youth sized jackets haha!Ordered a large and extra large. Love the color of the large jacket pictured, but the jacket in large runs small where as the xlarge is to large. I did keep the xlarge but wish it was a bit smaller.Bought this jacket for a Chicago trip in early April. Kept me warm when combined with a sweater underneath. Waterproof layer worked well in light rain and sleet.The jacket is lined with a very soft fur like material. I love it. The color is also very attractive. I also like that there is an internal velcro pocket. The sleeves are not lined with the fur, but does have a layer of stuffing under a lining fabric to keep the arms warm. This is really different than I have seen before, but great to help keep out the cold. The outer material seems like it will be very good in the rain. I am giving this 4 out of 5 stars because the XL is a bit snugger than I would have thought. I actually bought the 1X because of the price difference, but got the XL instead. It had no tags and smells like some kind of autumn potpourri, so I am pretty sure it was a return item. Thank goodness I recently lost 5 pounds because it is actually a pretty good fit on me at this time. I plan on keeping this jacket as I really need one for an upcoming trip and I really like the weight of it. I will of course be washing it and look forward to many years of use.Looking for a 100% waterproof, warm-lined, raincoat that was pretty enough to wear to European cities, but hardy enough for trekking around forests proved to be quite the challenge. It took weeks of searching, bothering friends and family, getting frustrated, and returning stuff I tried on to find this. I'm normally a size medium but a bit disproportionate so I was glad to find Columbia tailors their women's clothing to ...you guessed it - WOMEN. A bit roomier up top, and tailored toward the bottom. The small is the perfect size for me (I'm 5'6", 155lbs) in that it closes a bit tight on top and then tapers just a little toward the bottom to be super flattering and not bulky like some raincoats worth their money tend to be. It's super lightweight and doesn't make crinkling sounds as you move. I'm so excited to use this on my trip as it is both warm and stylish, and I can def layer a bit under it as well, but don't really have to. I got in "Nocturnal" which can look purpley on other sites, but it's not - it's a beautiful, rich dark blue color, and the inside is grey so it'll match anything.I love this jacket. It is very simple, but also effective for rainy days that aren’t cold enough to require a down coat. I usually wear an xs/s … I got this in a small and it is roomy enough for a bulky sweater underneath.The coat was exactly what I was looking for. A little big but im expecting to layer with a shirt and sweatshirt underneath.I got this for my wife and she was very happy with it. She is 5'5" and got her a small.Super cómoda y abrigadora. Mais, les manches sont très longues. Par contre, on peut les plier. Donc, je recommande cet item, mais ne pas oublier de prendre un point plus petit...Ordered this Columbia jacket for myself as it was advertised to fit my size. When it was delivered, saw that it was too small and was prepared to return it, but instead gifted it to my smaller sized daughter.
