These are pretty comfortable for hiking!Not for me.....just too baggy (in butt area) but otherwise well made and like the material.Purchased on sale. Fit is excellent. Very comfortable.love these shorts but the stitching needs to be better around the back pockets. Both back pockets came unthreaded within a couple weeks of normal wear. Very disappointed coming from Columbia. Update: tried two additional shorts to see if I just got a dud...now all three shorts I own have had the back pockets come completely undone. They fit true to size and are just a tiny bit shorter than typical men’s cargo-style shorts. The fabric is light & breathable. Two thumbs up!Very happy with the quality of this product.
