Great coat. Very warm and comfortable. My son loves it. Washes well, too.I originally purchased a size Medium directly from Columbia for my 11yo who wears a size 12 based on their online sizing guide, even though everywhere else a 12 would equate to a Large. Don't trust the Columbia sizing guide! The Medium is too small for a boy who wears a 12.By the time I received the order, it was past Black Friday and all the size Large coats were out of stock at Columbia. I was only able to find a Large on Amazon for a higher price. Columbia's customer service dept is non-existent: I started a text chat on Dec 1 and they responded on Dec 16. They don't offer exchanges, either. And they charge shipping for returns. I drove to a nearby outlet to return and found this coat available for less than I paid on Amazon, but only because of another random person's return. Lesson learned: Columbia products are great but I won't buy directly from them online again. Buy where you know you can make a return if needed (like here).
