I bought this jacket just before Christmas. I had an interchange jacket in the past and loved the idea of having multiple options for jackets. I am a busty gal, and in reading the reviews that stated it was smaller cut, I was worried about it fitting. I ordered a 2 plus ( I normally have to wear a 20 to fit my chest). I am able to wear my thickest of sweatshirts under this jacket and have plenty of room to move and I am not "sausaged" in. The upper arms are probably the snuggest area in the coat. I almost have too much room in the abdomen, occasionally some gusts will make it up my coat. I am 5'10 and the back apron of the coat hits right near the bottom of my bum. However, this is the warmest coat I have EVER owned! Minnesota has been giving it the greatest of challenges! I wore just the inner liner up until end of December and was never chilly. We have been have -40 wind chills and whatever is inside this coat, has NEVER been cold! Right below and right above are frozen, but whatever is in the coat is toasty warm! It's easy to put together or take apart. I have not tried the snow apron at this time, but once it warms up I can't wait to check that out. The vents under the arms are great for shoveling and some air flow. The main zipper doesn't pull the easiest, but it's not a hard pull either. The hood is great, comes easily over caps and hats, but doesn't blow off easily. I would and have recommended this jacket to everyone.I normally wear a XXL in misses or a 1X in plus sizes; based on other reviews that said the jacket ran small, I ordered a 2X. I'm glad I went up a size and I could probably have gone up two sizes if I wanted to wear thick layers underneath. The coat is made very well, though the color for me was a little different in person than it was represented online. I ordered Bright Emerald which looks more teal online but in person it is more of a kelly green; I actually didn't mind because I happen to love kelly green. I thought I would love the part of the sleeves with thumb holes more than I actually do. They are great when I'm wearing gloves because they hold the gloves in place, but when I'm not using them they tend to bunch up around my wrists. This jacket is very warm, I've worn it out in 20 degree weather for a few hours at a time and was not cold at all. I also love the side vents because I tend to get overly warm. Overall, I'm very happy with my purchase (I just wish Amazon wouldn't use Fedex Smartpost for delivery - it takes forever!) and would recommend this coat to anyone!I bought the pink jacket and the colour fits well with the picture. The model fits somewhat smaller than comparable jackets but the size table makes up for that.I have worn this type of interchange jackets by columbia for several years by now and I am looking forward to the winter. There are some nice aspects that are new to me, though: the inner jacket has a "half glove" integrated at the sleeves that helps a great deal with keeping the jacket in place while putting on real gloves. Plus it avoids that cold spot where the air usually would get in.The hood from the shell can be removed and put on again very easily - thanks for that progress. On my old jacket that was a pain...I had no clue what the description meant by a goggle pocket, but on the inside of the shell is a place to store ski goggles - if you have any... but the pocket does not interfere with the comfort when empty. I don't think I will test that specific compartment. The shell and the inner jacket both have a pocket on the inside to keep valuables safe. Easily accessible. Both jackets have large side pockets fitting warm gloves. Love it.For the money Amazon charged me (only $165 ) I don't think I would find anything better at a comparable price.I love my new jacket.Aside from running a little small (I'm glad I tried it on at a store before ordering), lack of a breast pocket, and the zipper being a little stiff due to the waterproofing, this jacket is great. The Omni-Heat technology works as claimed and I find that I don't have to wear multiple layers during my commute on public transit. It's comfortable and heats up quickly after putting it on. I've got nothing but compliments on the color of the coat (hyper purple) and I love that there's 3 ways to wear it. Very much worth the money.this is a great coat I gave it a 3 star for 2 reasons 1. the color is way off the picture shows a very pretty teal the coat itself is a dark green although not what I wanted it does still look pretty, the second reason is that with the inner lining the arms feel a little tight I normally wear a 1x but after reading reviews I saw that this product runs small and to order a size bigger well I thought I would order 2 sizes bigger in case and it was still a little snug in the arms if I take out the inner lining it fits perfect but then it defeats the purpose of using it in the winter time.I like the jacket, but I had to order a 3XL in order to get the upper arms (around bicep area) to fit well. If you have big upper arms, order larger. My arms are big, but not freaky big. The rest of the jacket is really big on me, but thats okay... good for layering. For the price this jacket is awesome! It was delivered fast, fits perfect, looks great. There was complaints about sizing but from the size chart I found it fit true to size. Only reason I gave it 4 stars is because I don't love the puffy look the inner liner has. This was the fourth jacket I have ordered online this winter. It is the only one I have kept. I normally wear a 1x, but after reading the reviews, I went with the 3x.I can wear a hoody under it comfortably. I love the fabric at the wrist. I have long arms, and normally would look at a man's jacket to get the arm length. This jacket is worth the money, I simply love, love, love this jacket.
