These boots are so comfortable! I have been a die hard Timberland hiking boot fan for the past 12 years, but my last pair just didn’t feel as good as they had in the past. I went on the hunt for a different boot and I’m so glad I took a chance on these.I have always worn an 8.5 but based on other reviews I ordered a 9 in these and they fit perfectly. I have a narrow foot with a very high arch.When I put these on I thought these feel like slippers with support!I walk my dog 4 miles most days, so these are a welcome relief.I sprayed them twice with a silicon spray by Kiwi. I have only walked through wet grass so far and my feet stayed dry.I live in Indiana, so it won’t be long before the fall rains and snow will begin. I have high hopes that my feet will stay dry with properly treating these again with the silicone spray.I will update my review once the weather changes here.Another thing I won’t to mention is the ability to lace these tightly or loosely based on the width of your feet.The boots were comfortable and not stiff right out of the box, so you’ll be able to lace them how you need without breaking the boots in.I hope this helps and that you’ll enjoy them as much as I do.Happy hiking/walking!I love this boots! WARNING don't try to break them in by wearing them for a long time when you first get them. Break them in slowly lol I had the WORST stress fractures. Lots of compliments and they are very comfortable. I also bought a SIZE UP for space... i bought my true size first and had to send them back because they were too tight.I bought these for a trip to Alaska and they did great on some of the tougher trails. Previous reviews are correct: they didn’t need a huge break-in period, they are very comfortable, and they keep the water out. But most importantly, size up a half size. I was wary, but the way they’re made plus room for thicker socks makes +0.5 a good idea.This is a great hiking boot. I almost always wear a size 7.5, but the 7.5 was too tight across the top of my foot. I returned it for a size 8 and they fit great. The shoes provide excellent support and grip, especially for the great price. I tend to always love Columbia brand gear and these shoes were no exception.They were for my granddaughter. She liked them very much. She liked the support they give herRun small!Greater support than a sneaker.Good for when I am out working the horses. Comfortable to be on my feet for a long time.Lo mejor que he comprado, camino con mi perro en un lugar con mucha agua y lodo y después de hora y media mis pies están secos y calientes. Realmente estas botas son impermeables y muy cómodas y sí es necesario pedir medio número más grande.Tenía mis dudas de estos zapatos pero fueron mi mejor compra para ir a Perú. Los usé para subir todas las montañas y fueron muy cómodos. En invierno mantuvieron mis pies calientitos.Recomiendo pedir un centímetro más según la talla. Yo soy 24.5 y los tuve que cambiar a 25.5. Realmente no se me ven tan grandes.El 24.5 me quedó bien peeeeero cuando uno compra este tipo de zapatos debe considerar que bajará, subirá, los pies se hincharán y más. Los probé caminando en una rampa para ver cómo se sentía mi pie al descender y mis dedos tocaban por completo la punta y aunque no me lastimaban, después de usarlos horas así, seguro que me iban a causar problemas.TUS DEDOS NO DEBEN ESTAR JUSTOS A LA PUNTA, yo recomiendo tener espacio libre de al menos medio centímetro y probarlos caminando en descenso para tener una idea más clara de la comodidad.Aún no he probado si son a prueba de agua.Las compre de mi talla exacta y tal vez si hubiera preferido irme por medio número más grande. Lo comento porque de la punta si son rígidas y de la parte del tobillo bastante alcochonado. Aún así, no me lastiman ni me duelen en ningún momento. La bota es bastante cálida, hay que considerarlo para no usarlas en climas extremos en verano porque podrías sudar mucho.Yo pedí un número más al que regularmente pido y me quedaron bien, sobretodo si quiero utilizar una calceta mas gruesa. También me llegaron de otro color al que según había pedido (porque solo esas me salían con oferta), pero me gustaron más las que me llegaron así que no me quejo. Se sienten de muy buena calidad.Me gustó el producto, soy 24 Mexicano y pedi ese número y me quedaron perfectas. Ajustan un poco a la altura del empeine, pero a mi me acomoda así.
